I'm Joseph Hamer, a Realtor with ReeceNichols South Central Kansas, and I believe the best way to build a successful business is to build meaningful relationships along the way.

Before real estate, I spent years in education as a teacher and assistant principal. That experience shaped the way I approach just about everything today. Listen first, lead with integrity, communicate clearly, and always remember there's a person behind every decision.

Today, I help people buy, sell, and invest in real estate throughout Wichita and the surrounding communities. From first-time buyers and growing families to seasoned investors building their portfolios, I've had the opportunity to work with people at just about every stage of life. With more than $20 million in real estate sales, I've built a business around hard work, honest conversations, and helping people make confident decisions about their next chapter.

But real estate is only part of who I am.

I'm a husband, an endurance runner, and a big believer that a strong community doesn't happen by accident. I serve on the boards of Family Promise of Greater Wichita and Run Wichita, direct Laps For Love Backyard Ultra to raise money for families experiencing housing instability, and organize Pints and Properties, a monthly gathering that brings Wichita's real estate community together.

When I'm not showing houses or negotiating contracts, there's a good chance I'm out running, planning the next community event, or spending time with my wife and our two dogs.
